Located in a historical home in the resort town of Dana Point, California, Luciana's Ristorante has been serving the Orange County community for over 40 years. The decor is reminiscent of a cozy European-style inn, establishing it as one of Orange County's most romantic restaurants. Awarded the Southern California Restaurant Writers gold medal since 1996, three stars from the California Restaurant Writers, Zagat's Survey "America’s 1,000 Top Italian Restaurants 2008" and an Award of Excellence for its wine list, Luciana's has been setting the standard for classic as well as innovative Italian cuisine.     Love this place. Drive 25 miles to eat here regularly because it’s my favorite restaurant in Orange County.

    We are locals and eat here quite often. However on our last visit the service wasn’t up to their usual standards. Our server was perfectly nice but he obviously had too many tables. Luciana’s needs to have more staff available for the holiday season.

    I really enjoy this restaurant!! Ambience nice and it makes it very comfortable. The food excellent. My waiter Francesco you will be very lucky if he was you waiter Very nice and helpful!! I would come back several times

    Started off a little rough with table not being ready and being told we couldn’t park in the street due to Take out Orders but once seated it was fantastic! 10/10!

    The puttanesca was again complex and delicious. The gnocchi classico sets the standard by which others are judged. The hostesses are charming and the wait staff is professional and the accordion player is the icing on the cake. We've been coming here for years and couldn't recommend it more.

    Everything was fabulous. When we arrived Valet was full but we managed a parking spot in front. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and Cesar salad. Both were excellent. This is our go to when we are in South County.
