   Phenomenal experience!! Reservations for after the theatre. We were welcomed and seated promptly. The food and service were impeccable. Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants always shine in these regards. The design and decor were over the top as well. Nicely done. I’ve already recommended it to many friends.

   I wrote this review while sat on the Lucky Cat Bar… Gordon you have outdone yourself with Lucky Cat Bishopsgate Turning 44 I wanted to come somewhere with a vibe and this did not disappoint from the views to the egg fried rice (best I’ve ever had, what a lovely table side experience). We were moved to the bar after our meal 2 hours later - bar staff are amazing, great mixologists. Pay attention to detail they made us feel like we’re on holiday. BIG LOVE TO Ali, Marco and Mo. Cannot fault these guys on their dedication, customer service and passion. Thank you for making my birthday special I will definitely be back as soon as I can!

   Beautiful Setting, Disappointing Service The restaurant offers stunning views and the food was generally good, but the overall experience was let down by poor service. Our reservation was delayed by 45 minutes, and after being seated, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes between each dish. While our waiter did inform us that dishes would arrive at different times, the pacing was far too slow, especially considering the small portion sizes. We were celebrating a birthday, and for dessert, they brought out half a strawberry with a candle on it, placed on a plate that said “Happy Birthday.” For a high-end restaurant with such a steep bill, this felt underwhelming and thoughtless. I had also noted a food allergy in the booking and followed up with an email, yet the staff were unaware of it when we arrived, which was concerning. Overall, while the ambiance and food had potential, the service and attention to detail were not up to the standard you’d expect for the price.

   What an amazing location and atmosphere. Food was good - def have the GFC! Service however at the table was quite slow and had to wait a while for drinks orders - and the table wasn’t cleaned after service. When we moved to the bar though, the service was fantastic - and being there for sunset was awesome!!!

   We arrived 7min later than our booking and our table was not ready yet, not a problem and we waited in the bar. Hosts were very friendly. They brought us to the table and that was a stunning table! Thank you for that! So much appreciated. Andres was our waiter and he was a very helpful and friendly guy. We ordered some dishes and we had a nice time. Ambiance is absolutely stunning, beautiful view and good music! Food wise is personally not a wow factor for me. It didn’t reached my soul and it is quite expensive and not worth it. Yuzu is not correctly prepared and lack of good flavors in the dishes. Seabass sashimi is a bit of a joke in my opinion. Dessert created by Devon was very good! Loved the pannacotta with ginger. Nicely balanced and not too sweet. Overall the staff is very friendly but need a bit more training, ambiance outstanding, food a so so. Keep on improving the dishes to better flavors that can reach the soul.

   Staff were amazing, it was such a beautiful place. We had the brunch which was lovely, Bao buns were a bit on the dry side but overall we had such a lovely time.
