The staff and atmosphere are amazing. The food didn’t quite live up to the hype- and made us sick not even 30 minutes later.

Food was delicious ! We got the Cod fish , pesto pasta , salad and broccolini. Cocktails are great too ! Waiter was very attentive but food took long time , a bit noisy - tables by the entrance should have a divider or something. It felt way too busy, too much traffic and people coming in and out. Overall good !

This was my second visit. First was great. This time was terrible. Slow service as restaurant was packed. Server inattentive and did not check on us after food delivered at all. Expensive for what you got. The carpaccio was full of filler. Not worth it.

The food was delicious! I had the seafood linguini and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. We will be returning.

We had an amazing evening! The special was a 30 layers lasagna which tasted amazing but was not the size you’d expect when you spend $30 on a 1 inch thick 30 layer piece. Portion needs to be addressed

Highly recommend! Great food and atmosphere with so many interior details for the eye to wonder. I had a truly delightful experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Banff!

Service and Managemenr need to work on addressing situations and approaching customers with respect and communication prior to accusation. This restaurant was planned for months in advance with the expectation of it being an evening for celebration with great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately our appetizers came to the table before the drinks did. The lack of communication between the service and the customer, also the disrespectful approach from the manager on duty could have 100% been approached differently in order for the owner of this restaurant to not have lost a substantial amount of profit from paying customers. Instead we chose to leave rather than be subjected to the treatment we received. We will not be returning.

Atmosphere and overall feel of restraunt was awesome and unique. The food was a bit high priced for the smaller portions and was on the cold side when it was brought to us. Suggestion would be to provide bread or some sort of item to snack on while you wait

Please don’t ever get rid of the happy hour, it is wonderful. Beautiful restaurant, our favourite in the rockies!
