Opened in August 2021 in Ballsbridge, Mae Restaurant focuses on Modern Irish Cuisine and Considered Wines, owned and operated by multi-award winning chef Grainne O'Keefe. Mae has been included in the Michelin Guide since 2022.

We operate a set menu. Your experience will start with a selection of snacks, followed by a starter. For your main course, you will be offered a choice between a fish course and a meat course. We do have a vegetarian option as well available upon request. You would then have a dessert and we also have an optional Irish cheese course.
