Magnus on Water is a cocktail bar and restaurant that features Peruvian-inspired comfort food from Chef Rafael Zimmerman. Bar Director Brian Catapang helms the Pinnacle Award winning cocktail program at Magnus, with rotating, seasonal drinks to compliment the big flavors of Raf's food. Sustainability is paramount to us, and we work with farmers & fisherman who are respectful of Mother Earth, while working diligently to minimize waste.

Our space is polished, but still intimate and cozy, and in the summer Magnus on Water has a large outdoor patio, complete with gardens and fire pits. We also have a private dining room for large parties and are available for full or partial event rentals.

                          The food is amazing! Great flavors, and perfect combination of spices! Very nice presentation for every dish! - The service can be improved. It seemed like there was only one lady hosting, and bringing the food, and most of the customers were waiting for a long time without any food on the tables. There was also a couple of tables with dirty dishes just seating there for more than half an hour. It would add a nice touch to bring a new glass when customers request a another drink, instead of pouring the wine in the same glass. - Since the food is South American, having some latin background music would make the ambiance a lot better.

                          The food here is phenomenal! It’s a delicious restaurant in an up and coming town, and worth the visit! The menu changes frequently, and while it’s Peruvian “inspired” it does cover all the bases!

                          Had a fantastic time sitting at the bar on a chilly fall night. Cozy vibe, wonderful food, great wine and even better company. Plenty of personality in this spot. Wish we lived closer as we’d be there once a week.

                          Magnus on Water always has an excellent assortment of cocktails and Peruvian style dishes that are a delight. My wife and I usually reserve our seats at the Bar where the bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dining at the Bar also invites conversation with the folks seated next to you, who talk about the food, the cocktails, and other interesting stuff. I highly recommend Magnus on Water to anyone who is looking for a great place to eat, drink, and enjoy good company.
