The little French bistro you always wished was just around the corner is here. Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partner Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale.

Together, they have created a stylish—and delicious—interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.

We will also be announcing a New Year's Eve Special Menu very soon!

    From the service to the food Masion Bleue was outstanding. My brother in law is serious eats guy and he said this was the best experience he has had a restaurant in Cape May! We will definitely be back.

    Fantastic food. Beautiful decor. Our server, Dottie, was very friendly and informative. A must try if you’re in Cape May. Expensive but worth the experience.

    We had a wonderful time and the food was fantastic. The icing on the cake was the acknowledgment from the server it was a birthday and brought out a to die for dessert with a candle. We loved it!

    One of my top three resturants in Cape May. Been at least 4 times since they moved into The Hugh and it always meets or exceeds my high expectations. The burger is the best I’ve ever had, period. When they have mussels on the menu, they’re great! The steak frites is always a winner. I’ve had the scallops as well and they are equally delicious. Service is always top notch and the place is always buzzing (even in late February when I last dined there!). It’s quickly becoming a popular go-to amongst locals and visitors alike.

    Love the black and white motif. Elegant, romantic, trendy, classy…very nice experience. Food was well prepared and delicious. My filet was so perfectly cooked that I felt obligated to send my compliments to the chef. Escargot was awesome. The foie gras was amazing…they really have the french thing down! (Except the have better cuts of beef 🙂). Bring a nice Hermitage or Châteauneuf du Pape and enjoy!

    This was our third time visiting Maison Blue. Once again, it did not disappoint. We dined on a lobster bisque to start, steak and frites, and a lovely fluke. A few spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream for dessert(only because we were so pleasantly full). Everything was delicious! This establishment has become part of our weekend rotation!!

    The food was delicious. The sea bass was the best sea bass i’ve ever had. It was a great place for a romantic Valentine’s date with my wife. We look forward to our next visit.
