I preferred to send a direct message to Major Tom, but in a nut shell, technically they need to change something to promote their level and satisfy the customer.

We went for my 18th birthday and I got a very sweet card signed by everyone working. Our waiter was amazing and took the time to know us personally and checked in many times. The view and mood of the restaurant was amazing and I will be coming back

Major Tom’s is majorly amazing. Terrific night out in Calgary. The ambience, service and food cannot be beat. Our main server, Sergii, was truly wonderful along with the various assistants - Major Tom,s is special

We have not been for two years. The setting still is mind boggling ! We had an amazing server who went well beyond ordinary service to attend to us. For example, she scrubbed the table extra hard to remove a food spot where 99% of most servers would brush it off. The food selection was better than I remember. The duck breast, beet salad and sweet potatoe were amazing. I can't not recommend this restaurant enough for formal dining in Calgary. It is my go to spot!

This is one of the best restaurants in Calgary. The food is outstanding, and the view from the 40th floor of the Scotia Centre is breathtaking. The wine selection also deserves praise. My only qualm has to do with the noise level, the music was too loud and made conversation difficult.

We had a girl friend visiting from Cabo San Lucas Mexico so we took her to Major Toms for a late afternoon lunch to enjoy some of our favourite dishes. The food was exceptional and our waiter English Matt was fantastic. We ordered the crab&shrimp rolls, Caesar salad, rigatoni , scallops, the porterhouse butchers cut and delicious Il Fauno Di Arcanum Tuscan Italian wine recommended by Matt. It was just an overall wonderful experience and our guest was very very impressed! Thank you.

We had a wonderful dining experience at your restaurant. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The salmon appetizer was also a highlight, beautifully presented and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, making our evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing as always. Great views of the city, great service, great food and tasty brews. Love this place. The styling, the ambience, the vibes… not sure what to call it.. but, they’ve created a world that I love spending time in. From the location on the 40th floor, to the menu, the decor… it’s just, cool. Love Major Tom’s! Thank you!
