AKAUSHI WAGYU

Akaushi cattle are known as the 'Emperor’s Breed' and did not exist outside of Japan until the 1990s. Landing somewhere between Prime Black Angus and A5 Japanese Wagyu, certified Akaushi are known for the intense beefy flavor of Prime Angus with the succulence of Wagyu. These premium cattle perfectly blend the dining satisfaction of Prime Angus with the nuance of Wagyu.
