Excelente todo, pero al pedir entradas no contaban con 2 del menú, y tampoco contaban con algunos complementos, así que tuvimos que pedir a ver que si tenían.

The ambiance at Mar Y Vino was absolutely amazing, and our server, Uriel, provided exceptional service! I highly recommend coming here to soak your feet, enjoy a drink, and savor an appetizer—it’s the perfect experience. While the food didn’t quite match our American taste preferences, there’s a diverse menu with something for everyone, making it well worth a visit!

Wonderful evening. Carlos was our waiter and he did a fantastic job! We had Carrjillo nitro espresso cocktail that was so good and fun! The tuna and octopus appetizer and the mummy shrimp and habanero shrimp. Everything was excellent. Watch the sunset with your feet in the water.

Food was absolutely disgusting. I got the Chilean seabass that was absolutely repulsive. My brothers salmon was horrid and my mom got the crab and pork tacos and only the crab one was edible.

While there were a lot of great positives to our experience -- the service was great, the view was incredible, the setting was beautiful, and many of the food items were top notch -- those positives were somewhat forgotten as the quality of the steaks were so significantly substandard . . . my daughter doesn't eat seafood, so her choices were somewhat limited . . . she chose the Picana De Res (not sure on spelling), and it was incredibly fatty and tough . . she took her first bite of it, and literally spit it out and wouldn't eat it due to the dominant fatty . . . then she cut a normal bite, and she took one bite and it was so tough she said she was done eating that steak . . her husband and I both tried it, and totally agreed . . . then, on my PorterHouse, the filet side was good, not great, but the strip steak side was -- like the Picana -- incredibly tough . . . I've ordered a lot of $75USD to $100USD steaks in my lifetime, and I am sad to say that this was clearly the worst steak in a higher price range that I've ever ordered . . . Our server was great; he tried to work with Hannah (my daughter) on another item, but I ended up giving her some of my filet side, and she did not want another entree . . . feeling bad for our server and somewhat embarrassed (I chose this place for a final night in Puerto Vallarta for my kids), I didn't say anything about the PorterHouse disappointment . . . ultimately, the server took off the Picana from the bill, but it stung for me to pay $90USD for a very mediocre steak . . . I don't like to post negative reviews online because I know that sometimes it's better to directly connect with the management/ownership team. Sadly in this case, they were unresponsive to multiple emails. So in this case I have to leave a review.

However, once you contacted us at the correct email address you received a prompt response. It is noteworthy that at no point were your concerns ignored. The only feedback we received was about the picanha, which was immediately removed from your bill. Had we been aware of the other issues, we would have taken immediate action to improve your experience. After a thorough investigation, we have confirmed that this information was not shared with us in a timely manner, which is why we are at this point now.
