                                                                                      We have been before and always enjoy, but this time despite my wife advising that it was a birthday celebration nothing extra was done for us. Also brought the tea out before the champagne. Otherwise all was good.

                                                                                      Selection of teas is amazing and the food is delicious. The service is friendly and professional, it’s a wonderful place for a long afternoon tea without pressure to hurry.

                                                                                      The Beautiful Afternoon Tea was delicious along with the Marco Polo tea. The tea room itself was noisy at times, such that we could not hear what the waitress was saying when she described the food. The waiting staff did not seem to understand English very well as our request for vegetarian food required three different members of staff to ask the same question and the water we asked for never arrived.

                                                                                      This is a great experience and their very wide selection of tea and tea-flavoured dishes make all the difference to traditional British afternoon teas! One of my favorite afternoon tea places of London - highly recommend!

                                                                                      Outstanding experience! The food was incredible, delicate and interesting. The use of tea in the whole experience was wonderful. I also want to commend the staff knowledgable, friendly and kind. I would recommend the afternoon tea experience to anyone, and I look forward to being back in the future.

                                                                                      Very friendly and attentive staff. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they went out of their way to make it special. We were overwhelmed with thw tea selection and perhaps an offer of some recommendations, or a way to narrow down the choices, would have been helpful.
