   It is always fun to have a meal in the jailhouse! There are many choices from the menu and bar. Last night was a little off - maybe because of it being Memorial Day Weekend.

   It was our first time here, and we were hoping for a delicious date night dinner. The food was generally good, but nothing was great. Neither the fried cauliflower or chicken sandwich came out hot, and the fish/chips had no seasoning at all. The building was very cool, and we truly wanted to like the place, but it's unlikely that we'll be coming back.

   My husband and I went for a date night. First time ever being at Market place tavern. If you ever go, the wings are a must try 😋.

   Really nice vibe. Service was excellent. I couldn’t give it an overall five though because the food was just OK.

   Biggest complaint was we were in back corner booth…very dreary and quite cramped. There were several other tables available but I didn’t want to complain and ask to move to another table. I’ll know for next time. Food was good and server was nice and very busy yet still pretty attentive.

    Food was great. Riley, our server, was prompt and great with the kids (always a plus!)
