Went for the first time and was disappointed. Open atmosphere seemed more like a hospital cafeteria than a nice restaurant - lots of echo and so noisy and cold ambience! Food tasted good but for the price I'd expect more on my plate. I'd also expect that we would have a server take our orders instead of having to go order at the counter. We were given no info on the meals prior to ordering - just told to go to the counter. Then we had to pay and tip in advance before knowing how good the food or service would be. There was an ingredient missing on the salad and we told some teenage boy in a dirty white t shirt. He seemed perplexed and said "hmm that's weird" and that's the last we heard of it. Overall very disappointed. Won't be back

The vibe is a little confused. Is this a quick place for 80 year old RVers to come grab a quick meal by ordering at the counter, after sitting down? Or a fine dining Italian restaurant?! Food was great, the service received was great..... Can't understand the whole order yourself thing though .... It's strange to go out for a +$100 date night and be expected to pay/tip before receiving even your beverage! If we decided after our first drink that we wanted another we'd have to interrupt our meal to go order/pay again at the counter. Feel like this process may discourage patrons from ordering more while there. Humans like convenience, especially for a $30 portion of spaghetti....... Again I'd like to say the food was great and the service we received was great but we will likely not drive out there again for a special date night.

It is so nice to have a good restaurant in our neighbourhood again! We had dinner with friends and it was wonderful as usual. The food is so good! And the service is always friendly. We really don’t mind placing our order at the bar. After that everything is brought to you and it is still a terrific dining experience. We do wish there were some shareable items on the appetizer list so that we could pop in now and again for a glass of wine and a snack. Otherwise, perfect!

We went today for the first time. We had lasagna. Cheese pizza and burger and fries. Everything was good. Good Service. Good food.

Amazing food and ambiance! I have gone twice and ordered the harvest gnocchi each time and have not been disappointed. The focaccia and cheese cake are also must haves. Definitely would recommend.

We were there Nov 17 the service was great and the atmosphere was amazing. The food looked amazing. The pasta that came with the chicken parmesan was a bit bland and so was the Italian pizza. There was no salt on the table to add but maybe that's by design. I think we will give it another chance but was really hoping to have been impressed.

The food is very nice but on the whole a little overpriced. When i walked in tonight, for the first time, my immediate thought was it felt like a works canteen. Saying that, when I visited and worked at the IBM computer factory in Milan, Italy, that place was more comfortable and had more ambiance than tonight. The staff were very pleasant and made for a good experience. The temperature needs to be increased slightly as it was bordering on a little chilly. Nice new building but whoever thought of putting two floor spotlights right outside the front doors needs their head examined as the blind you at night walking in and out of the front doors.

Food is excellent, it was hot and delicious , the view outstanding, and the building clean. This was my third visit and I brought 4 new folks with me to enjoy a birthday They all spoke highly of the experience and intend to come back. The only negative was the noise. We sat in the raised booth and sadly there was another Bigger birthday group nearby and the noise was very disturbing, making it difficult to converse. Next visit will see me look for a table on the south side of the room, but I will come back.
