Double confirmed with my attendance but the restaurant was not even open! Totally ruined our Xmas dinner plan. So disappointed!

The service was AWFUL! Took 45 mins for a waiter to take our DRINK order. Then our food came out COLD. At first, they offered to warm up the food, but They finally agreed to bring out a new dish (Talk about a health hazard).The girl waiter was nice but the man…or should I say grown child was TERRIBLE and outright rude to us. After making US WAIT 45 mins for an order, the man had the audacity to be RUDE TO US?! Don’t come here. Sunset is beautiful, but you don’t need to dine here to see it. When they brought out the lamb, to ensure it was warm this time, they overcooked it (we ordered medium rare, but it came out well done). And this wasn’t just us. We heard others dining around us that they weren’t being attended to as well. Also, the lamb was 2 small slices of meat and no sides. It would satisfy a toddler, but not a grown adult. Absolutely insane to pay 44 euro for 2 slices of lamb.

The restaurant has an epic view, but that is all it has going for it. The staff seemed intoxicated and the masses of tourists taking pictures while you are trying to eat is quite bizarre. Can't recommend.

Too over priced. Too windy. Table settings were knocked over. The food was average. I would pass on this for next time.

The view was remarkable, but the portions quite small (as one can expect some times with fine dining). However the red mullet main size portion resembled more of one of a starter and left me hungry even after the king gran apperizer, which was delicious but also small. Unfortunately the service did not meet the standards of a fine dining experience. We were never asked if we wanted to order more drinks, in fact we had to ask the waitors 4 times for a refill before anything happened. Same applied to our request of a toothpick and blanket, we had to repeat the request numerously because the waitor(s) kept forgetting. The restaurant wasn’t even full, which could have partially explained the lack of service, the waitors simply seemed unexperienced and all over the place. The only reason I’d recommed this place is the fantastic view.

Terrible service Highly overrated place Very slow service Misleading information website vs reality They spoiled our evening. We decided to leave before our drinks came after 40mins of waiting.

An issue occurred in managing our reservation. The manager was very kind and proactive in solving the issue e arranging everything to give us an unforgettable experience.
