The manager on the ground made a huge difference in the experience. We waited a few minutes to get water once we arrived and she made sure to change the pace and the attention we got from that point on. She was awesome. The food and drinks were really really good. Definitely recommend anyone to go.

Great food in an amazing atmosphere. It was a quieter night and was nice to sit back and enjoy a nice meal in this beautiful spot.

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful and our server her name was Hope she was a dream. Truly the best server I’ve ever had such a kind heart definitely recommend her and if you get her to her with everything you got.

Very good take on showcasing Mexican and South American cuisine as special. This isn’t your local TexMex grub this is the real deal that you expect to find at the best places south of the boarder. Only complaint is lighting. It is a bit dimly lit so menu reading a bit of a struggle. I wish could say it was me getting older but my 8 year old had a bit of struggle too reading the menu with the lighting. Other than that highly recommend this place. Great place to get a bunch of stuff and share with a group. Highly recommend to check this place out!

Had a wonderful dinner last night at Maximon. All recommendations were fantastic. We had the ceviche to start, then ordered the lamb, steak with plantain fried rice and street corn. The steak was incredibly flavored and cooked to perfection. The lamb was also cooked to perfection with a side sweet potato. The plantation rice was to die for. To finish, flan cheesecake with pumpkin mouse. Maximon is a must do if you like food that is just adventurous enough.

My husband really enjoyed his roasted chicken dish with the black bean risotto. The rockfish dish was tasty. Skin is on. It had more of a thai vibe with the coconut milk and veggie accompaniment. The gauc and the salsa were both really good. They even brought out birthday churros for me with two dipping sauces. The restaurant is located inside of the Four Seasons. We were initially confused when our Lyft dropped us off.
