Inspired by a Franco-Indian love story, two cultures come together in gastronomy to awaken the
senses.
Maza Bistrot is joy on a plate; the culmination of a passion for cooking and hosting shared by Rohan
Chanana, from Rajasthan, India and Caroline Astier Chanana from Drôme, France.
Sharing is at the heart of Maza Bistrot - its leitmotif in the form of little steel thalis carefully designed for
friends, family and a community to enjoy. With freshly sourced local and seasonal produce, Maza’s cuisine departs from convention, emphasizing playfulness using spices and textures.
Marrying ancestral cooking techniques and modern inspiration, Maza endeavours to represent the
symbiosis of East meeting West.
The team at Maza warmly invites you to drop by to enjoy a cup of cardamom-laced chaï, or perhaps a
glass of wine at the bar with your favorite dishes.

I can’t wave about this experience enough. The chef described every dish to us and each dish is packed with spices , love, and dedication to it being fantastic. I brought my Indian friends with me and they were blown away down to the traditional Indian popsicle which brought them back to their homeland.
