We had a great time on a special evening! Place was full. Food was spectacular. Our waiters were great. Although our table was not available at the time of our reservation, the manager made up by serving us champagne on the house while we waited. Definitely coming back!

Utterly disappointed. Had a reservation at 8pm and was not seated until 9:15pm. They did not hold people to the 2 hour limit. Many other people also had to wait at least 45 min for their reservations too. They did little to make up for this offering only a glass of champagne after about an hour of us waiting. Was hoping the food would somewhat make up for the long wait time, however, the food was just as disappointing as the wait. Lobster Mac and cheese had zero flavor, steak was cooked well but over salted. Overall, not a great experience and would never be going back.

Music was loud but singer was great! She had to sing over the noise level! They advised when we arrived 5 min before our reservation time that there was a delay in turning tables. We were taken 15 min late which was not horrible, but we got our appetizers and then waited over an hour for our meal. Clearly a kitchen staff issue. Our order was all over the place… 2 steaks ordered medium … one came very rare and one over cooked; surf and turf both over cooked; food all lukewarm upon arrival. For a $600 meal not the experience we hoped for nor deserved!

This was amongst the best meals we ever had. I had the sea bass and my wife, the salmon. Absolutely super. Don't miss this spot!!

We really enjoyed our dinner and our servers (Francis and Manuel) were delightful. We both ordered a filet, with truffle butter -done perfectly (medium for us) a baked potato and the brussel sprouts( don’t miss out on these!) Wine with dinner and a raspberry sorbet to finish our meal. Delicious …. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice without being overly pretentious! We would recommend the Meat Market and it’s great that it is on the hotel premises!

We waited very long for our food, it took 45 mins to get my friend’s drink and they still charged us (we later got it resolved). The food ultimately was good, and they were responsive to our complaints/concern.

Burned vegetables. 2 waiters who didn’t communicate between then, se we had to repeat everything. Kitchen couldn’t prepare vegetables mixed together without adding pasta.

Excellent food, excellent service and the note I included on my Open Table online reservation about it being a special birthday occasion, was heeded with a nice candle-lit dessert on the house without any verbal reminder from me while at the restaurant. Would highly recommend it whether or not you’re staying at the El San Juan Hotel, where the restaurant is located.
