Medicine was born out of a discovery of abandoned space, of new possibilities and an inquisitive quality for creating something vital and diverse. An artisan bakery and kitchen, café and gallery, which is rooted in its heritage in both Birmingham and Wolverhampton, Medicine represents a new format of social space. It finds its niche through a carefully curated menu of ethical products, whilst offering a daily fix of cultural inspiration in an environment which promotes a debate about art and culture.     Not our first visit to Medicine and definitely won’t be our last either. This place never disappoints. Delicious food, quality ingredients, plenty of choice, great service and surroundings. It’s stunning. Highly recommended.

    I booked as last time we went it got really busy and I’m glad we did as it was full. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the menu is outstanding - I could have eaten anything on there - and it’s a lovely setting with the roof lantern and lots of plants. The portions are generous and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I would absolutely return again and again. In addition, they sell delicious looking doughnuts and other treats to take away and they don’t hang around long!

    Medicine is always amazing !!! One of my favourite places to eat . It’s such a lovely atmosphere , the coffee, food and cakes are delicious . Staff are always friendly and provide a really good level of service .It’s a great place and I would highly recommend it .

    The food itself is good and the main dining area is really nicely decorated. However, cannot get over the toilet situation in there. Considering it's a large restaurant with a high turnover of diners, there is only ONE tiny toilet! Which is up an incredibly narrow set of stairs. Not sure what happens if that ever goes out of use. It really let's down the overall experience.

    The venue is amazing. The food is wonderful. The staff are lovely...and efficient. However, the booking system needs to be improved by the management team.

    we ordered the medicine and the harrisa benedict. neither were any good. we were so disappointed as this place had been highly recommended. but the truth is that neither of us liked our plates and it was just awful awful.

    My food was cold. We had tea/cakes after it took ages for the drinks to come although it wasn’t busy. My only bad experience so I will go back, maybe just a bad day!

    We have eaten here a few times and would recommend it all. Everything we have eaten has been freshly prepared and the taste and portion size make it extremely good value for money in our opinion.

    Amazing baked goods. The food was excellent. Unique vibe. The service was unfortunately quite slack and one of us was brought the wrong food. It was taken away but only the wrong item, leaving the correct dish to go cold by the time the other dish was brought over. Then we had to ask twice for the bill.
