    Dinner at MEC was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly. We chose the chef's special and it was delicious. There was more food than we could eat and each item was plated nicely. We did feel a little rushed but they were probably trying to keep us within our time limit. We did ask them to slow it down, and they did. But when we were deciding on whether or not to have dessert, they just brought plates and set them up for us. We were going to decline but ended up getting something. I think they could have waited for our decision but again, probably just trying to save time as we were maxed and they probably needed the table for the next reservation. Overall, the experience was still wonderful. I will definitely go back.

    We were celebrating a 30th birthday and chose the tasting menu. The food kept coming and was absolutely delicious. The variety and choices were wonderful and it made it so much easier to dine this way. The staff was friendly, fun, and professional. The environment was perfect for this gathering. I would highly recommend this venue.

    I enjoyed the food for the most part but felt it was a bit expensive. One kabob was $24. The presentation on all dishes was very nice. The restaurant was very noisy, so hard to hear during the conversation.

    I was really bummed with our experience. Their entire grill section of red meats are mixed with shellfish and we couldn’t partake. I took my husband here to get the lamb shank and hanger steak. The first 3 dishes we had were ok but not great, crispy lamb humus had way too many onions. The youvetsi was by far our best plate and even better when I asked for yogurt to pair. Our waiter was overwhelmed, hard to find, didn’t pair our food well and spilled food on my husband.

    Good food and ambiance, but meats are WAY OVERPRICED. $33 for 4 small bites maybe 4oz total of hangar steak. This would the a reasonable price if it were Japanese A5 Wagyu which it is not.

    Incredible. We had the tasting menu and it was phenomenal. Service was attentive and positive. The beets were sensational. Will definitely go back.

    Second time at MEC and it has become my favorite restaurant! The service was great and enjoy the relaxed ambience!

    This is a top-notch restaurant in the Pearl district and a very nice setting. I would definitely come back and the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable.

    We started with the roasted brussel sprouts in hummus with pita. Let me tell you it was am amazing start. Then we had the Falafel, Greek Potatoes, and braised beef orzo. But what made the entire dinner for me was lamb chops. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The wine was great too.
