   This is my 3rd visit here. The food was ok gravy was a bit watery. We ordered steak and eggs never received our eggs no follow up on that just never got them. Staff is friendly and tried to check on us as much as possible before our entree came. I love the restaurant and usually the food is great. It was just disappointing about missing a key factor for our brunch. I understand it was busy with the holiday brunch rush. Just follow up next time I asked a few times they said the kitchen was backed up. I understood and was being patient next time the server came by asked for the check waited to see if he would give a follow up on the missing items ….. nothing just brought the check over. Other than that I do hope to visit again I love the food any other time I have visited.

   My Mother's Day experience here was an absolute disaster. What should have been a special celebration turned into a frustrating, chaotic mess. I made a reservation well in advance since it was Mother's Day, expecting a smooth dining experience. Instead, I was left waiting for over an hour while watching other guests—who had reservations after mine—get seated before me. The staff offered no clear explanation, and the lack of organization was glaring. They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. If reservations don’t mean anything here, what’s the point of making one? By the time I was finally seated, the entire experience had already been soured. I won’t be returning.

   Booked for Mother’s Day lunch. Told we would have to wait because there were over 6 covers ahead of us and restaurant full from brunch.

   We waited over an hour to be seated (we had a reservation). We ordered our food as soon as we sat because we had to bring our son to a flight. 40 minutes more, no food. We left hungry in Mother’s Day almost 2 hours after arriving.

   It was Mother's Day thus the experience wasn't what we hoped. It was overbooked we waited an hour to be seated past our reservation time. Service was very slow because the kitchen was overwhelmed. Due to all of those factors the experience wasn't great. We will give the restaurant another try at a less busy time. Regards, CW

   We were really disappointed with our Mother’s Day brunch experience. We were there for about two hours, and waited over an hour for our food—with no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Our server forgot items multiple times, rarely checked in, and we often had to flag them down or place multiple drink orders at once, knowing we wouldn’t see them again for 15+ minutes. We ordered a coffee with cream and were brought a black coffee with no cream. We asked again and never received it. Our sandwiches came without the sauces they were supposed to include, and it took about 10 minutes just to get one of them after asking. This was our 4th or 5th visit, and it’s usually fast (though the restaurant has typically been nearly empty when we’ve come). This time, it was clear they were understaffed or poorly trained. Either way, something needs to change. One bright spot: the hostess was fantastic—greeting everyone with a smile and clearing tables quickly. She seemed to be the only one really on top of things. Some of the servers could learn a lot from her. Overall, very disappointing, especially for a special occasion.

   The food was great, and the service was outstanding, above and beyond at the Watertown establishment!!!!

   Bread fabulous! Salad a little too much dressing for my taste but delicious greens and dressing. French fries crunchy, delicious! Steak is thin and prepared medium rare. Not the best cut but ok. Sauce is rich. Drinks - pricey $12-14 for a beer. Automatic seconds a nice touch.

    When we first arrived the noise level was very high due to a few large groups but was fine once they left. The food was excellent… the quality of the steak was outstanding,fries and salad also were excellent. 15 or so minutes after we finished , the server came around with seconds on the steak frites/ fries. You can even take them home if you’ve had enough. The desertS are wonderful! Great value ; great service by Seamus!
