Waitress was not the best (not friendly and not very helpful with the menu). The additional wait staff were very good (picked up empty plates promptly and refilled drinks). Food was excellent.

As you enter the Hotel lobby, you can tell you are in a special place. The ambiance is great. The food, and service were top notch and the holiday decorations were perfect.

A group of 5 friends went before a CSO concert. It was a short walk to symphony hall and very festive for the holidays. The service and food were both great. We had the bacon wrapped dates, prosciutto and blue cheese salad, gambas, tuna tartar scallops and paella! All delicious! Thank you.

The service was excellent as well as the food. The paella was delicious both the seafood and meat. The bacon wrapped dates were very good as well as the scallops.

We went to Mercat before a show downtown. The dining room looked very pretty with Christmas decorations, but I thought the food and service were adequate but not anything particularly exceptional.
