Mercat Bistro's Polar Bear Room presents a unique memorable experience to dine amongst the festive polar bears. This experience is for the surrounding tables in the Polar Bear Room and does not guarantee a table in front of the dancing polar bears. These tables require a $25 deposit per person which will be applied as the minimum toward your final bill (excluding tax & gratuity).
