It was very draughty in the indoor garden area. The food was quite tasty but not hot when served. The music was too loud at times to have conversation easily

There was a festival on so it was very busy for the staff, they handled the service excellently. Food was lovely and prompt for how busy it was! Was disappointed to find a “weekend surcharge” on our bill at the end, something I had not heard of before. I understand a public holiday but a weekend charge seemed a bit much..

We take our dogs to the outdoor backyard courtyard and we all love it … they even supply doggie chinos and doggie cookies … we are frequent and repeat customers

I arrived at 11.50 and Mercetta’s was already very busy, that was impressive and said a lot. We were all happy with our meal and the service. It was great having room options, the Sun Room proved to be a good choice for the day. It was a good experience in every way.

Unfortunately there was no heating which was stated for outdoor dining - they were unable to seat us inside and when bought this to their attention it was more or less brushed off. Staff when serving were friendly enough. Food was ok nothing amazing.

We had 8 people, including a toddler, in the outdoors area, no heating. The lack of heating was our fault, as we didn't book until late. I did think that - in winter, perhaps those tables without heating might have blankets/cushions as standard. The service was good; prompt and accessible. The area was - somewhat surprisingly - relatively quiet, so noise and 'busyness' were not problems. The food was very good: some nice variety - the breakfast stack was delicious and the portion sizes were good too. It was delivered quite quickly after ordering. Coffee was very good and quickly made and delivered.

Cannot fault the service, staff were amazing! Food was great, good variety of menu options. Booked for a rare family catch up. Restaurant was busy but the setting was ideal, felt like we were in our own world and chatted for hours, did not feel rushed at all.
