Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email eventsmaui@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $225 no show fee.

      Beautiful restaurant, fantastic and thoughtful service. Food was delicious and brought out right away. Would recommend for anyone who wants a special night to celebrate.

      Probably the best experience we had, even with all the other awesome restaurants around. You pay for what you get and this place is top notch, best food, perfectly seasoned and prepared, and the service is same level as the Ritz. Nice live music, and afterwards we laid on the grass out back and looked at the stars. Won’t be forgetting it.

      All I can say is WOW! The food was beyond incredible, the service was impeccable, and the ambience (live music) was lovely. If you’re contemplating dining at Merriman’s, don’t hesitate and make that reservation. I ordered the macadamia nut crusted fish with gnocchi and it was the best meal I’ve had yet. The drinks are superb, the appetizers were great, and the desserts were decadent. We were celebrating something special, they noted that, and served our entire table free champagne as well. Can’t wait to come back!
