   Horrible experience Overall. It’s no wonder the restaurant was more than half empty. To start the server, who said was one of the floor managers, would leave without checking in; but the worst was the food… dry, unflavored, and cold. Never again!

   Amazing experience at Mesa Grill! Justin provided sensational service from start to finish. The lobster mac and cheese was incredible, and the steak was absolutely perfect. 5 stars all the way! Thank you for the thoughtful birthday details—it made the celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend!

   Waiter couldn’t put in a drink order correctly, and messed up my girlfriends order (simple substitution - chicken instead of shrimp). When she pointed out the mistake, he said he would have it fixed right away. 20 minutes later, with my food now cold, we had everything boxed up and called it a night.

   All in all a good experience. Server did a commendable job with a big group. Attentive, but not intrusive. Food quality very good, and nicely presented. Sous vide chicken looked a bit dry, but heard no complaints. Another good visit to the restaurant.

   We’ve eaten there several times before and it was a completely different experience. The food was mediocre and the service was a bit slow. Large party next to us made it very loud in the patio area. We had to ask for bread while waiting for our meal which should have been brought when we sat down. Overall, just ok for dining out.
