MIDA is an inspired neighborhood Italian restaurant by award winning Chef, Douglass Williams. Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are all about supremely delicious food and warm hospitality.

Dinner is served Monday - Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM -4:00 PM.

Reservations for indoor dining can be made in advance online. Patio reservations are now available for booking online or over the phone. Walk-ins are always welcome. Parties larger than six should call the restaurant directly to book a table.

MIDA is spreading the love this Valentine's Day with a special three-course menu. Not to mention, roses and dim lighting make us the coziest date spot there is. Friday, February 14th, guests can enjoy our chef's menu ($75) with the option to add wine pairings ($37) and succulent lobster scampi with caviar ($mkt). Delicious dishes like risotto alla zucca gialla, braised beef or the chocolate egg cream, make this the perfect romantic dinner date. MIDA is our favorite restaurant ever. Seriously, it’s one of those places you order everything on the menu because you can’t pick one thing, and everything comes out better than the last.

It was incredible! The pesto burrata was one of the best things I’ve ever had. The cocktails are so good, and they make their own pasta. The pizza looked great too and I will have to try that next time. Everyone was friendly and nice, from the host to the server to the manager. Will definitely be coming back!

Mida is consistently a lovely place to have a special meal. The lighting is perfect, the seating is comfortable. The hostess immediately addresses you and makes sure you are either getting seated or lets you know where to wait for a minute. The wait staff is professional and attentive. The food is our favorite--we love the bolognaise and the mushroom pappardelle. The Caesar salad is the best around. Interesting wine list for wines by the glass, too, which we appreciate. MIDA in Newton is our favorite spot for a night out together.

Came here after picking up my wedding dress down the street at vows We love their pizza - the sauce is delicious you can tell they use Marzano tomatoes. Service was excellent and I love how comfortable the seating is. We were little disappointed that on the day we went- Sunday that they had brunch until 4PM - a little different but luckily they still had their pizzas on the menu for those of us who don't like breakfast /brunch type foods after 1PM

Love the easy access location with plenty of parking. Great staff that allowed my group of lady friends to catch up for 3 hrs without kicking us out!

Crispy chicken very good; Wine selection fine though too expensive. Waitress we had was excellent. Not desperately keen on the somewhat unkempt male servers; one baring tattoo arms--we don't need to see that. A proper sleeved shirt is required. Otherwise, a nice place with very decent decorations. Easy parking.
