Mikami Sushi is one of the only two revolving sushi concepts in San Diego. The great service, All-You-Can-Eat special, happy hours, and high quality delicious food, make for a exciting and affordable dinning experience. Rules: All members of the party must choose the all-you-can-eat option. Dining Time Limit: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Food waste will be charged, including rice from the Nigiris – $1 per plate. No substitutions or modifications allowed. Weekly specials are available while supplies last. Additional Information: Last reservation will be 45 minutes before closing.     I used to love this place but I think it’s under new management or something. It’s very very VERY loud, the sushi is ok but they charge you if you don’t eat all of your rice!! I think that’s crazy. The staff seemed irritable and the AYCE is hardly with the price considering what’s offered. It’s too bad, I used to love this spot

    Disappointed because we wanted the revolving sushi experience but they only offered all you can eat and a la carte. The staff was friendly but the vibe was lame especially for a Saturday night. Sushi was decent and so was the price. Lastly, the bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor but oddly enough there was none left in dispensers. Not the best experience-definitely had higher expectations.

    Sushi is good but the rest of the food is not (tofu ramen the noodles, chicken teriyaki no taste). I’m not sure how this restaurant still open. I rather eat at Tajima Noodles it’s cheaper.

    My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here at the all you can eat revolving sushi bar and the experience was great. We arrived a bit early to our reservation and they still seated us immediately. The food was delicious and the staff even helped me surprise my girlfriend with dessert once we were done. From the food to the service our experience was a 10/10.

    Had reservations for lunch time on Saturday for the AYCE option. Even with reservations we were put towards the end of the moving belt so options became limited. The AYCE hot menu was extremely small. The only way we were able to order from the normal roll menu and neguri menu without extra charge was asking what we should do about jot getting any options where we were seated. They said it was due to the "lunch rush" but only half the tables were even filled and they couldn't handle that. It got to the point where we didn't even receive some items that were ordered separately but were still charged for them. They got 2 stars because they did remove the charges after being told the items were not received. This is my second time here and will be my last as the outcome has been about the same each time.
