London's plant-based pioneers, the first Mildreds opened in Greek Street, Soho, in 1988, and has since moved over to Lexington Street.

Mildreds is all about fresh, colourful vegan food that’s vibrant and full of flavours. It's six London restaurants, each with their own unique style and personality, offer laid-back and friendly service in a lively atmosphere.

Often surprising and seducing hardened carnivores and with all of their dishes vegan and many gluten free, Mildreds offers a warm welcome to all. Signature dishes include kimchi bokkeumbap, Mushroom ale pot pie, kiri hodi and korean fried chick+n burger.

Located in a townhouse in the heart of Soho, the recently refurbished Mildreds is spread over 3 floors and offers a stylish private dining space for 10 - 26 people

You’ll find our cosy, intimate private dining room on the second floor. The dark panels, artwork and quirky character provide a space which feels like you’re in the heart of Soho. The room transitions from a modern dining space during the day to an intimate candlelit hideaway away in the evening, where you can enjoy our classic cocktails accompanied by our seasonal, 100% plant-based menu. Minimum spend: £600 for lunch. Please note that we require a deposit to secure the booking, fully refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Any decorations brought to Mildreds will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately by the organiser after the event.

Very busy and slow food, but service was still very good, polite and friendly and made up for the wait for food. Food and drink was good (especially the Sri Lankan curry and fresh pressed juices. Cool venue.

The restaurant was far too busy, they brought our mains before we had finished starters, so mains were then dry. Very bad experience especially as it was a Xmas meal out!

Very busy and had to wait a while for our table. Food was very tasty as always but tables too close together and restaurant was very noisy. Difficult to have a conversation. The serving staff were struggling to keep up with the demand. However, our server was very good when I mentioned I had allergies.

The food was great across the board. Service was tardy to start with (we waited 30 mins before anyone came to take our order) but once we were served the team were quick efficient and friendly. The only other downer for me was sitting right by the front door, which because of the number of people waiting to be seated, was wide open most of the time, so cozy it was not. The music was also too loud for such a snug space. Other than that ... A great lunch

Excellent food, so many options that I wanted to try! Thanks for creating a proper kids menu and for welcoming them with love and consideration. The service is just as good as the food. Only reproach: very noisy, maybe worth investing in sound absorbers for the walls/ceiling? Thank you so much for such a great lunch.

Service was excellent. Decor eclectic and cosy. Gyozas and arancini were nice but the tan tan noodles were a bit bland and the tofu curry needed more sauce. Of course it was an extremely busy Friday night so the cramped nature of the tables being so close to each other was to be expected. All in all we enjoyed dinner thanks to the great service.
