London's plant-based pioneers, the first Mildreds opened in Greek Street, Soho, in 1988, and has since moved over to Lexington Street.

Mildreds is all about fresh, colourful vegan food that’s vibrant and full of flavours. It's six London restaurants, each with their own unique style and personality, offer laid-back and friendly service in a lively atmosphere.

Often surprising and seducing hardened carnivores and with all of their dishes vegan and many gluten free, Mildreds offers a warm welcome to all. Signature dishes include kimchi bokkeumbap, Mushroom ale pot pie, kiri hodi and korean fried chick+n burger.

Located in a townhouse in the heart of Soho, the recently refurbished Mildreds is spread over 3 floors and offers a stylish private dining space for 10 - 26 people

You’ll find our cosy, intimate private dining room on the second floor. The dark panels, artwork and quirky character provide a space which feels like you’re in the heart of Soho. The room transitions from a modern dining space during the day to an intimate candlelit hideaway away in the evening, where you can enjoy our classic cocktails accompanied by our seasonal, 100% plant-based menu. Minimum spend: £600 for lunch. Please note that we require a deposit to secure the booking, fully refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Any decorations brought to Mildreds will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately by the organiser after the event.

Superb food, great staff and excellent value. The arrival for a 6.45pm booking was a bit chaotic with lots of us having to queue & wait outside, but once inside service was restored. Food is wonderfully tasty & interesting.

Very good food. However, it was sad that the restaurant had more guests than the capacity of the venue. It was extremely busy which resulted in waiters doing mistakes. It was to many guests for that small area of space, resulted in a loud and cramped environment where we could not relax.

What a great experience! The food was exceptionally good, the service impeccable and the atmosphere just the right amount of buzzy. A real treat.

Great tasting food as always. However, the wait times were longer than expected despite booking a table, and the Soho branch was a tad small/crowded. Waiters were still attentive and helpful, thank you!

Good food as always and very friendly service. Extremely cramped restaurant with a long wait time to be seated (late) despite booking. Felt extremely rushed with no time at all between courses. Bill was brought without asking and we felt pressured to leave as soon as we’d eaten the very swift meal, despite having been seated 15-20 minutes late.

It's definitely just personal preference but I found the food very average. The waiter we had was great, couldn't fault him. I really didn't like the lay out, very tight and claustrophobic but the decor was great.

We had the Christmas menu and generally the food was good. Starter of anrancini was lovely - tasty little rice balls. Dessert was also good: I had the spiced date cake which was lovely and light and my friend had the yule log which she enjoyed. We both had the potato lattice main course. I found this to be a tad stodgy. Portions were huge - loads of different veg accompanied the main. The red cabbage was really nice, roast potatoes and yorkshire not quite right. Service was really attentive and friendly, so top marks for that. Also the complimentary glass of prosecco was very welcome. I am not vegan, but I may visit again to try something else on the menu.

We were seated 20 mins late. It was Uber crowded. Service was slow. They advised to much food. All very disappointing
