We booked at table for 5.30pm as we had 4 children with us. We asked multiple times to order and yet were not able to order. We didn't end up ordering until after 6.30pm. The kids were over it and needed to go home therefore we rushed through dinner (which unfortunately was cold) and rushed out. All 4 of us adults are members and visit regularly. We love the place but won't be back during busy season again unfortunately. Thank you and all the best

There is only 1 comment & that was the price of a large glass of wine $10.50 outrageous …… otherwise amazing food

I am a coeliac and I specifically asked whether the salt and pepper squid with chips is gluten free, I was told it is, it is not and I ordered this meal. I was extremely ill for the next two days. The staff need to be more educated concerning special dietary requirements as consumption has dire consequences for the unfortunate customers. I will say that the other people in my party were happy with their meals. If you have special dietary requirements beware.

Upon entering the club we were invited to become members for free, which gives you additional dining discounts. We went to the bistro, table service is provided so no need to line up and order food like other clubs. Menu had a good selection to suit everyone’s tastes. All meals were a good size and delicious. Would recommend eating here.

Your booking system needs looking at. I booked online. No available seating for 6.30pm slot so had to book for 6pm. Received an online request to confirm our booking the day before our booking, where I did confirm and got a “ looking forward to your arrival” type of response. We arrived on time only to find that staff had no record of our booking, and there was plenty of room in the dining area so I don’t know why 6.30 was blocked out. I showed the staff the generated message requesting our booking confirmation as well. They were somewhat perplexed as to how this occurred Luckily, because it was so quiet your staff could provide us with plenty of seating options. The only negative experience of the night

Would recommend the Restaurant as a reasonably good option. We used the Open Table App but the facility was oblivious to it. It was embarrassing to rock up and say we had a booking only to be treated like we were an annoyance. Won’t do that again!
