Our experience was terrific - the meal was paced perfectly by our outstanding waiter Ryan & the wait staff. The hilight was the lasagna, which we were told rotates recipes every several weeks - we look forward to trying it again in the future!

We lovedddd Milton’s! The food, our server (Kyle R.), the ambiance- it was all top notch! The chicken parm, heart of palm salad and chocolate cake were a few of our favorites! We will absolutely be back! So glad rice village has Milton’s now. (Go before or after to Lee’s Cocktail bar for a drink before)

Nice place. Traditional Italian-American fare mixed with some more eclectic offerings. It is not Italian cuisine, but Italian-American with Texas spiciness. If you like that, you would like it, if you only like authentic Italian, it is not for you. Overall, the food was a bit salty and over spiced, but solid. The Heart of Palm salad was a nice surprise, as were the sweetbreads. The Veal Parmigiana with spaghetti marinara pretty good. Portions are large.

Absolute standout for Italian food in Houston. Italian American with great service and a modern touch. Could easily be compete with New York Italian. Wine list very well priced and well curated. Highlights were the sweetbreads, tuna N’duja, chicken parm, and dry aged steak either crispy potatoes. But honestly every dish was an absolute hit. Not one lackluster plate.

Exceptional! Every aspect of dinner was fun and delicious. Our first time there and it was so memorable. We can't wait to be back.

As always the food here is amazing. The ambience is lively and fun. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and the food came out very fast. Every thing we ate was just superb. Cannot wait to go back.

Absolutely stellar service from Ryan, not a weak link in the whole meal, and believe me we ate our way through a lot of items on the menu We’ll be back, what a wonderful way to kick off 2025!!

We enjoyed all aspects of this restaurant. Very intriguing and delicious menu items. The service was great. The music was a bit too loud but you could still carry on conversation. Overall we look forward to going again.
