   The Thanksgiving Day dinner was excellent. It was crowded and service was very busy. My only complaint is with OpenTable. When I went onto the Mimi's website to make the reservation, it directed me to use the app. It appeared to work seamlessly. I received a request through OpenTable, both through text and email, to confirm my reservation, which I did. However, when I showed up at the Mimi's Restaurant, they did not have my reservation. Apparently there were many others who used OpenTable, and the restaurant did not have their reservations. This appeared to be an issue between OpenTable and Mimi's. Obviously on one of the busiest days of the year, it caused chaos. There was already a long list of walk-ins that the employees were attempting to accommodate, only to have to add those who had OpenTable reservations that did not go through. There were many angry people who simply left the restaurant not willing to wait behind all of the walk-ins. Thanks to the employees, who scrambled to find us a table, we had to wait but not a very long time. I give five stars to Mimi's and zero stars to OpenTable who needs to fix their system. Will not use them again.

   Our reservation we made on line thru Open Table was not listed when we arrived. Fortunately Mimi's accommodated us immediately and we had a wonderful experience. Suggest calling to verify before going to the restaurant.

   The staff are very friendly and provide great service. I specifically ask went to get pan perdu and it was delicious!

   What a mess. Let’s start off with the reservation that was made on open table was not on their system. They wanted to make us wait for hours as if we never made a reservation. Then we walk in and they provided the wrong menu.

   It’s a fine restaurant with nice service and good food. As with everywhere in California it’s more expensive to eat than it used to be especially with the minimum wage now $20.00 an hour. They have a menu that most people, even picky eaters, can find something to eat that they like.

   My group of lady friends enjoy eating there because we are fed well, treated well and can hear each other talk, especially in the back room. We’ve developed a nice friendship and fellowship with William who works on Wednesday mornings and he has a way of making us feel special.

   This was quite possibly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had… I made reservations for 11:45am and when we showed up at 11:40am, the host said that we had to be there 15 minutes before our reservation time in order to be out on “the list” I was shocked and showed him the open table app and explained that we where in church and came directly to the restaurant and where 5 mins early… He said he would do his best to get us seated as soon as possible but it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. This was on Easter Sunday and I had 7 hungry family members with me, and we only chose this location because the Open Table App showed times available. The wait to be seated ended up being 35 minutes and once seated It was another 10 minutes before a waiter even finally showed up and when he did, he said there was too many orders ahead of us and so much food in line that would be another 30 - 45 minutes before we even possibly could get our food if he took and put in all the orders now… Obviously that was unacceptable to everyone who but this time, where ready to eat anything… So ultimately we didn’t get to eat and the whole family was quite upset. I will never go back to this restaurant. It is very poorly managed and the service was horrible.

   Server Will was great and my family loves going to Mimi’s for special occasions. My berry crepes were good and I enjoyed the French 75 I ordered
