Join us for a one-of-a-kind floral arranging experience with tickets priced at $150 per person (plus tax and gratuity) for an exclusive Japanese floral arranging masterclass and lunch with renowned Ikebana artist Aya Sugino. This immersive event blends the art of Ikebana with an exquisite dining experience. Your ticket includes a guided Ikebana session with all materials provided (instruction, vase, flowers, and floral decor), followed by Minami’s Signature Lunch Gozen Set. Enjoy a chef’s selection of Aburi-style sushi alongside your choice of Chicken Nanban, Beef Sukiyaki, Aburi Chicken, or Miso Salmon, complemented by miso soup, broccolini goma-ae, salmon tatsuta-age, agedashi tofu, and three seasonal kobachi side dishes. The meal concludes with a delightful coconut panna cotta, paired with a feature cocktail showcasing the award-winning Canadian dry gin from Valley of Mother of God.
