 To celebrate the holiday, Mirabella Coastal Italian by Michael White will be offering a three-course, chef-curated dinner with an optional wine pairing in addition to the à la carte menu. The prix-fixe menu being served on Christmas Eve and Day includes Chef Michael White’s celebrated Crudo Misto of bluefin tuna, king salmon, and hamachi, grilled hiramasa with porcini, maitake, and bone marrow panzanella, and the classic Italian dessert gianduja budino with amaretto sabayon, olive oil, and hazelnuts. Dinner is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Located within the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel, Mirabella is an Italian restaurant specializing in coastal Italian dishes. Overlooking the beautiful hotel grounds, pools, and ocean, it’s a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. The food was outstanding. I’ve been to Italy a number of times, and while the food was still not quite the same as being there, it was definitely a strong cut above most American Italian restaurants. My wife had the Buccatini pasta with cascio de pepe (which is like a gourmet Mac & cheese with thick spaghetti), and I ordered the Gnocchetti, which is gnocchi shaped pasta (not potato) with shrimp and lump Maryland crab meat in a light tomato sauce. Wanting some additional protein, we each also ordered the polpette (meatballs). For dessert we shared the Tiramisu (enough for 2!) and it was by far the best Tiramisu we’ve ever had! The service was prompt & courteous, but not intrusive.

Best experience, we were there for Thanksgiving but we had regular menu items. The ossobuco is out of this world, the pasta is super good, the service excellent and the decor excellent. All in all, great restaurant and worth it

The pasta had no flavor except the oil it was floating. Also the veal was not good and very chewy.

Nice restaurant. We ordered the beef carpaccio and the veal Marsala both to split. Bad news was that we got the veal parmesean. It took awhile, so we did not say anything because we did not want to wait any longer. Very nice ambiance and upscale - the sad part they had a dress code that says in part no baseball caps or t shirts - 3 guys had both and were not held to that standard. I think they thought that they were stud puppies - that kind of brings the restaurant down. They need to keep their standards higher.
