   Our experience was amazing. The food was excellent our server could not have been better. The owner introduced himself. He was a very nice man. He seemed a little lonely but we found out his wife was away and he missed her very much. After talking with us he cheered up quite a lot

   The food was so-so to ok. I am told the lamb chops were good. Our problem was the waiter When we received the bill all was ok. Then he runs the cards and there were more items that were added. We confronted and he had an attitude but fixed it. Do what you want with this information

   As always, an excellent meal and service. Drinks are always as ordered and meal options were were well described. Thanks for a great dinner!

   My husband and I go to Mohegan Manor frequently, and we are always given excellent service. I ordered the lamb burger which was delicious, and my husband got the Gotham chicken which was also delicious.

   Our food was exceptional, very good value for the cost of the meal. Our server was a wonderful gentleman by the name of Michael. Kind, articulate, very, very knowledgeable. And definitely conscientious of detail in and around our table. His mannerisms were impeccable. Definitely recommend and will go again. Thank you very much

   Decided to return to this restaurant after a considerable amount of time for Baldwinsville Dining Week. We were seated promptly and that is where the mixed review begins. I'll begin with the food. Overall one of the best meals we have ever had. Both the New England Clam Chowder and the Chicken Orzo soups were wonderful and served perfectly hot. The shared breaded and fried calamari steak strips with marinara sauce was was just wonderful. My ricotta gnocchi and her chicken special were superb and the lemon marscipone desert was light and simply fantastic. Now for the bad news. The service was absolutely the worst we have ever experienced. It took forever to even be noticed and that was a portent of things to come. It was the same for every diner and table and you could actually feel the frustration and annoyance across the entire dining room. Even getting the check at the end of the meal took forever. What should have been a lovely culinary experience lasting an hour and a half at most turned into almost three hours of needless delays and mistakes and neglect that were so bad you literally didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

   We've always considered Mohegan Manor a special place for celebrations and fine dining. Although our dinner was excellent, it did take a long time to receive our order. We ordered a calamari appetizer, and after a long wait, the waiter said the kitchen had to "send out" for flour to prepare the appetizer. It was delicious when it arrived, but we thought it strange that the kitchen had no flour. I enjoyed the lobster ravioli and my partner liked his lamb dinner.

    We had an early reservation and were the only ones in the restaurant. Michael was amazing at his job. He was there just at the right time for us. The food was incredible. My Dad had the tomato basil soup. The salads with house dressing were perfect. It's refreshing to not be served iceberg lettuce! I had the Osso Buco which practically melted in my mouth. Mashed potatoes were perfect with just the right amount of garlic. My husband had the sea bass and my Dad the T-bone steak. We all loved our meals!! And Michael made it so much better!
