Awful from start to finish. We had to wait 15 minutes for drinks, and over 45 minutes for starters that we had to chase up twice. Then a while for our main meals. The main meals we had were served by a rude waiter, as when we asked which dishes were what he just said chicken and looked at us as if we were irritating him. The meal I got I don't think was what I ordered and was extremely oily and I couldn't eat it. Luckily, they did waive the bill but very disappointed. We were looking forward to it as we had seen all the tik toks etc covering it, but it was a complete let down and it was for my partner's birthday.

On New Year’s Eve, an internet outage disrupted our till system, causing delays in sending orders to the bar and kitchen. With over 200 guests, we had to quickly switch to a manual system. Our team worked tirelessly to manage the situation and serve everyone as promptly as possible despite these unexpected challenges. Also, our staff are being trained continuously and your comments will be addressed accordingly. Your feedback is much appreciated. The food was beautiful, but the restaurant needs to address the staffing/service. There were plenty of staff to cope with the packed restaurant, but it was chaos. Will try again on a normal night and hope that service levels are improved.

My little boy and I came for food today! I am still in disbelief at how incredible the food is here! I have dined in many places over the years, but this restaurant is up there with the best. We ordered a selection of different foods, everything was incredible. The staff where also really nice, and super polite which just added to the experience. They also made me aware that they do a Sunday roast. We are already excited for our next visit. Thanks again, and see you soon!

Beautiful food, great service and a lovely restaurant. Maybe turn the music down a little as the speaker was near us and we found it hard to chat. 5 stars and definitely worth a visit

Food was lovely, staff very attentive, decor fantastic downside music a little loud and felt rushed as they were getting busy.

Food was amazing, drinks service wasn't so good, waiting 10/15 minutes with an empty drink before we were served again, also had to go and ask for a drink after waiting for 15 minutes without a drink, being on a 90 minutes bottomless Sunday lunch didn't really get many drinks
