Mona is a place to come together with friends and family.
The philosophy is pure and simple:
every dining experience is an opportunity to connect,
converse and immerse yourself in the flavours of Italy.
Our concept is inspired by the Venetian tradition of cicchetti – mouthwatering,
"little bites" designed for sharing.
Traditionally cicchetti must be accompanied by an “ombra” (shadow),
a little glass of wine.
This tradition finds its roots in Venetian Merchant’s brilliance when they placed
benches in the shadow of St. Marco Bell Tower
so the wine stayed cool and cichetti soaked up the wine.
At Mona, we offer a wide selection of beautiful wines and plates to share,
allowing you to enjoy dining "cichetti" style.

So come hungry, come thirsty, and most importantly come as you are!

The food and drinks at Mona is absolutely delicious, it's like being taken back to a small Italian village, welcomed into locals home and treated like family! Mona is a must!

Unfortunately a bit pricey for the portion sizes of the meals. Food was ok, not great probably needs a bit more flavour. Such a cute place though, great vibes in there and nice service :)

Atmosphere very lively. Food tasty but our steak was a bit on the cold side and a bit of chewy fat. All together the meal was tasty. Lovely atmosphere

Amother great meal at Mona, this time we had the tasting menu, fantastic value and all dishes were delicious. Great staff and attentive service as always, will definitely be back!

Excellent food, beautifully presented. As there were 3 of us then the portions were ideal, if there had been more of us then it could have got expensive. The only negative was the service was quite slow as the restaurant was full and there weren't many staff. But otherwise a great experience, we'll come back.
