   The food was cold. When I went to meat station, carver told me meat was cold but to add au jus - well that was ice cold. Shrimp and snow crab were delicious but then you expect that dish to be cold. If food was served to temperature it would have been memorable. My guests were disappointed

   The food and bar drinks are extremely good! The atmosphere is very New Orleans and fun.

   Gorgeous, historic hotel. Sadly, there was an over powering air freshener scent throughout the lobby and restaurant, it was hard to enjoy the food. Excellent service! Christina was engaging and attuned to her customers. They were out of the braised short rib--which is specifically what I had planned to order. That was disappointing. The cheeseburger was good.

   The waiter was nice but the food was mediocre. There were 12 shrimp French fries were cold and no coleslaw like in the menu. For the price I would not go again

   We love Hotel Galvez, but we were very disappointed in the Sunday Brunch. It was not worth the expense. The sausage and biscuits and the bread pudding were amazing, but the other food was cold. The view of the ocean was spectacular and our server Hailey was very good. For the amount of money we paid for a special anniversary celebration, we were left perplexed. Hotel Galvez is fabulous place, but this brunch didn't live up to thy hype. I wouldn't go back.

   The price is now $79 plus tax and gratuity. I will start by saying that our waiter was outstanding! All but one food server were excellent. The woman server at the roast beef station should be reminded about good Customer Service!

   Our evening was delightful. Justin was a dedicated and pleasant server. Kudos to the Chef and staff!

   The ceviche was so fresh and flavorful. The filet was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The cocktail “The Bees Knees” was delightfully tasty. Service was excellent and ambiance was a refreshing change from the usual dark and loud.

   A horrible experience, the waitress took a while to serve us, we waited for the food for an hour when the place wasn't even full and the taste of the food was not very pleasant and a bit salty.
