Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

A little pricey for the items. 6 sushi pieces at lunch were ~$34 that is a little high, but it is Disney and pretty much everything thing is high. The food itself was very well done, no complaints 😁

We have been at Morimoto Asia over 5 times, nonetheless, this was most likely the one visit that did not fulfilled our expectations. The duck was dry, the crepes were mexican tortillas. It took more than 30 minutes to get our first order of drinks. It was not the experience we remembered from past visits. They should re visit the original standards that are according to value and cost.

Great ambience and menu is fantastic, so many choices Spare ribs were melt in your mouth/fall off the bone and the wagyu bao buns were amazing

I booked this restaurant because we’ve had such wonderful experiences with other Morimoto Asia restaurants, most notably, the one in Napa Please be aware this Morimoto is smack dab in the middle of Disney Springs where you have to go through security and walk for a good 10 to 15 minutes to get to the restaurant through the crowds and then exit back the same way I booked this restaurant thinking of my experience in Napa. Nothing like it very very noisy. Very very crowded. Lots of children not surprisingly since it’s in the Disney Springs area. Food was excellent once we got there as well as the service, but please set your expectations accordingly oh and one more thing dress code appeared to be sneakers and T-shirts
