                                                          This is an amazing restaurant. The food is high quality, very fresh and a new spin on Asian cuisine. The wait staff is helpful with suggestions and very friendly. The cocktails are really next-level. This restaurant is a must for an elegant dinner out in Waikiki! Ask for Tallis. He’s a great waiter!

                                                          Absolutely amazing experience! Our waiter (who I sadly can’t remember his name but it was the nice guy who had a lot of his family in the Marine Corps!!) was so friendly and polite, loved his attitude towards us and our experience! The food was great and my other half enjoyed his 16 oz. Ribeye steak. The fried rice was one of the best ones I have had so far and my dish (the Ishiyaki buri bop) was so flavorful, it was interesting to see it being cooked in front of you. For our dessert we decided to try the Flaming Chocolate Entremet (absolutely delicious! It was fun to watch them light it up before pouring the chocolate all over it!) 10/10 would recommend!

                                                          unfortunately overpriced for what you get, starting with the drink which was very tasty but seemed to have very little alcohol in it. Food was also tasty but main dishes coming out as they are done would work if there was 5 minutes between getting dishes but not 15. Also the duck shouldn’t be called 1/2 if it’s really a leg quarter… tasty and it was enough for me but def overpriced for the portion and should be called what it is. would only go back for the happy hour

                                                          This place was ridiculously good. The black pepper steak and donuts for dessert had us almost licking the plates. Definitely worth a stop in for dinner if you are in Waikiki. Thank me later. Make a reservation even though they allow walk ins sometimes the wait can be 45min to an hour.

                                                          Morimoto Asia Waikiki was decent. The food was good—fresh ingredients, well-cooked, and served hot. Family-style dishes came out quick as they were ready, and the service was solid too. But man, the prices are steep, which seems to be a Waikiki trend. I wouldn’t go back unless I had resort credit again—it’s just not worth it otherwise.

                                                          Food was okay but heavy on the sodium. Ordered the sea bass. It came with bak choy but unfortunately it was not properly cleaned. Base of the leaves at the stalk section had dirt and soil remains. At the touch it was very grainy like sand texture. This ruined the experience. When explained to the waiter he was unconcerned by it.

                                                          Stay away from this trap. Had a party of 6. drinks took 15 min (they missed several rounds) we ordered 7 entrees. The A-5 came out on heat stone that was not hot. The server had to back twice ti heat the stone. You would think at 5:30 pm reservation they would put the stones in the oven around 3 pm to get them hot. Stay away from this trap. Had a party of 6. Drinks took 15 minutes (they missed several rounds). We ordered 7 entrees. The A-5 came shouk cmout on a heatd stone that was not hot. The server had to go back twice to heat the stone. You would think at a 5:30 PM reservation they would put the stones in the oven around 3 PM to get them hot. Entrees were served sporadically, and the final Black Cod hit the table while the rest of my party was done eating. You would think when you go out to eat together, you would all eat at the same time. Don't go here; they have serious execution issues. Don't go here they have serious execution issues.
