Morso is a modern community-centred restaurant and bar, serving
hand-crafted fresh pasta and small plates of Italian bites alongside
innovative Grappa-based cocktails. We take inspiration from Italian
tradition but give all of our dishes a Morso twist. All of our food is
served in small portions allowing our guests to discover a variety of
styles in one meal. On the bar front, we chose Grappa as our champion
spirit. Distilled from wine pomace, Grappa is a superlative drink and
highly versatile. We use it in all of our cocktails, revisiting some old
classics, alongside our own house-potions. We invite you all to join us
for a meal and to take part in the #grapparevolution

    The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the truffle pasta and cocktails were nice. We ordered the prawn linguine but it was too spicy and we couldn’t eat it. It would be better to advice that this plate is spicy when it is being ordered as it wasn’t indicated in the menu. We also mentioned that to the waiter and they didn’t change the plate or even do a gesture even if the dish couldn’t be eaten.

    We selected a dinner at Morso on our last day in London. It was an easy walk from the hotel and came highly recommended. We ordered the Arancini and the fried squid as an appetizer. The arancini were small bites served on a bed of mashed peas and butter, which was surprisingly delicious. The fried squid was excellent as well. For our entrees my companion chose the pasta carbonara which was everything carbonara is supposed to be, cheesy, creamy, and just yummy, the crispy pork cheek lardons were a delicious pop of extra flavor. I ordered the Rigatoni with Pistachio Pesto and it was magnificent! The chunks of pistachios with the homemade pasta and the cheesy, creamy pesto sauce was more than I could have hoped for, I will definitely return on my next trip to London.

    Really good food about a half mile from Abbey Road Studios. The pasta was very fresh and the drinks were great.
