   The opulent elegance of Musaafer’s decor provides the perfect backdrop for this gorgeous meal that was colorful both visually and on the palate. Service, while informative and polite, lacked warmth. We raved about our cocktails, and most of what we ate was simply stellar. Those appetizers! The lychee ceviche is pure brilliance! Refreshing and surprising. The lamb chops were savory, and incredibly tender, and the octopus… wow. It was meaty with the texture of decadent lobster. All three were mins-blowing. The beef vindaloo was “okay.” The sauce was delicious, but the steak was under seasoned and slightly tough. The eggplant dish and paneer were outstanding! However, the naan was too thin and crisp for my liking. Overall a wonderful meal enjoyed with friends who appreciated its splendor.

   Beyond fantastic! Ordered the tasting menu. It was over the top wonderful. Our waiter Tejas was really nice and knew everything about each course Highly recommend!

   A very deserving Michellin star restaurant!!! Excellent experience, flavor bombs with every bite, and a beautiful scene all around.

   Not only was the food absolutely stunning, the staff exceeded all expectations. Service! Service! Service! Bravo to the staff! This is why we dine at high end establishments. My wife and I had the 12 course menu and got full just about halfway ( I know!). The staff was so accommodating to allow us to take the remaining food home, and even gave specific instructions to reheat and how to pair certain parts of the dish. There is no other service in town like they offer. Hats off to you all!

   Our first time at this restaurant and it was spectacular! It might have been the best food I have ever had. Our server, Melissa was so sweet and gracious-and helped us order and she was spot on! This was a gift from a very good friend from India and she knows good Indian food. We will be back-a great place to celebrate a special day-or just life! When we return we will ask for Melissa.

   Guillermo was an incredibly good server. He did a great job of explaining the dishes, and when he learned my girlfriend was vegan and we were just going to order her appetizers, he went to the back to see if the kitchen could prepare a vegan entree, which the kitchen graciously did (and offered multiple options!!)

   Absolutely exquisite. Each plate was better than the previous. The wine pairings were excellent.
