Personne à l'accueil, confusion et attente non nécessaire à notre arrivée malgré une réservation. Une personne à notre table a été servie après un délai déjà un peu long et les 2 autres non. La serveuse a finalement remarqué en passant et après vérification, on nous avait ''oublié''! Il était déjà très tard et avons décidé de modifier notre commande car le temps s'écoulait rapidement, mais elle avait déjà demandé un rush. Ils sont refait TOUTE la commande, entrée et les 3 repas. Le choix de desserts est très limité (3), la pavlova a été déconseillée et le gâteau au caramel salé n'était vraiment pas bon. Il est extrêmement rare que je commente ainsi mais des améliorations sont clairement nécessaires. La serveuse a été très agréable et elle était sincèrement gênée de la situation qui n'est pas de sa faute. On nous a compensé mais le mal était fait.

We had a delicious meal, the shrimp tacos - really yummy! The prime rib was outstanding, melt in your mouth. Our waitress was lovely. The only thing that was not good, we had a difficult time to find the proper entrance to get into the restaurant. We ended up walking around the outside of the Bell Centre. It would be very helpful if you said it was the the Mithik entrance was the same as the VIP entrance, we asked other customers and they said the same thing. Thanks for a wonderful night.

La nourriture le risotto au homard etait bon mais j’en aurais pris plus je suis rester sur ma faim. L’ambiance etait sympathique le cout de la biere vraiment trop cher!!

Le repas était excellent par contre il y a eu un mélange et nous avons été oublié. Cela a pris beaucoup de temps avant de pouvoir commander.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Reservation was made for 5:30 to ensure plenty of time before the game started (7:00PM). It took our waitress about 15 minutes to greet us/take our drink order. We ordered 2 cocktails and 6 oysters for an appetizer. Well, about 25 minutes went by and our appetizer was finally served, but no drinks. My partners drink was brought out shortly after, however I had to wait further for mine. It was a busy night, fine. We then ordered two mains and the wait began again. At 6:45PM we had to ask for the bill and excuse ourselves from the restaurant, we couldn’t wait any longer for our meal, nor if we had- we couldn’t have possibly been able to enjoy it. I should have read previous reviews prior to booking.

Malgré que nous avions commandé nos repas rapidement et que notre serveuse ait été très efficace et rapide pour nous servir nos boissons la nourriture a été longue à arriver et la viande, l'agneau dans mon cas était trop cuit et sans saveur.
