We waited 45 minutes after ordering. Two dishes arrived cold. We didn’t even get an apology.

As a long-term resident of Highgate who was about to move to another area of London, I made a point of visiting Namaaste before I left and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the Parsi duck which was spicy and fruity at the same time. The portions were the exact right size and the service was brilliant, we felt really well looked-after. The restaurant is lovely inside and was playing great music. Would definitely trek from Lewisham to experience again!

We had a wonderful evening at Namaste celebrating my dad’s birthday. The food was excellent. I had the tilapia fish curry with okra (some of the best okra I’ve had!), yellow Dahl and basmati rice - it was all excellent. My family’s food was similarly excellent. The service was also great. The restaurant kindly let me bring in a home-baked birthday cake for my dad and brought it to the table as a surprise while singing happy birthday which was a lovely touch. We come to Namaste often and think it is one of the best Indian restaurants in London. It is reasonably priced with excellent food and an informal and friendly atmosphere.

We went as a group of 10 people to celebrate Eid, Father’s Day and a friend’s birthday and we all enjoyed at this lovely place. All staff members were friendly, the service was on point and the food was great catering for all taste buds of all ages. Highly recommend this place!

First time at Namaaste and really enjoyed trying many new dishes under the small plates. Very tasty and great experience. The restaurant was very empty so not sure how quiet it actually is if busy. Will definitely go back
