The pictures of the pizza on line are NOTHING like what we got. We ordered a margarita pizza which is billed as having a beautiful red sauce and fresh mozzarella. We got a burned pizza with over processed, salty shredded cheese with a few basil leaves sprinkled on top. Asked the guy who delivered it to confirm it was a margarita. He said it was. Then asked our waiter who said, “Yeah they just put extra cheese on it.” Nope. No fresh mozzarella to be found. Dominos is better and I hate Dominos. Two stars because the Brussels sprouts were pretty good and so was the salad. The pasta coming out of the kitchen looked decent but whatever you do, steer clear of the cardboard, over processed pizza.

We visited for New Year’s Eve 2024 and had an amazing experience! First and foremost, we truly appreciate all the staff working that evening – they did an incredible job. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. We’ll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!

Food wasn’t great. Service was spotty. Restaurant was dirty and lighting bright. Old Spaghetti factory puts this place to shame (which says a lot about this place)

The food was delicious. We enjoyed the pizza, rigatoni carbonara, the pumpkin ravioli and the eggplant parmigiana. The focaccia, artichoke snd spinach dip and calamari were great appetizers to share with our large family. Our server was very attentive and welcoming.

Lasagna was bland and had little mozzarella - didn’t eat much of it. Place was really loud, not a relaxing ambiance. Service was great.

A great classic restaurant in Downtown Disney. This was my family's first time dining here and being able to reserve well ahead of time was such a great thing especially for big days like Christmas. Our server, Jorge, was fantastic and attentive to our needs during our dining and made the experience great. I think the only fault I can find was the odd experience being seated outside vs seating inside when we could visibility see available tables on the 2nd floor, but for special days like Christmas I'd imagine their systems and table coverage was stretched. Kudos to the staff, and I'm sure my family will be back again.

With a reservation they put us at a hightop in the bar area. A reservation should be a normal table. Cocktails are just mediocre…ran out of sausage 😱
