Naschmarkt (NASH-MARKed) is a family-owned and operated premier and authentic restaurant that has been proudly serving the Campbell area and beyond since June 2011. Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience.

The restaurant is named after the largest open-air produce market in Vienna, Austria. Austria’s history and geography influence much of its cuisine. Austria was once the center of the large Austro-Hungarian Empire stretching from France to Russia and from the Baltic Sea to Turkey, imparting a varied heritage to Austria's cuisine. Located in the center of Europe, Austria’s modern-day cuisine is influenced by surrounding countries like Germany, Hungary, Italy, and even France.

We had an exceptional dinner on Christmas Eve. Jose, our waiter, was awesome and knew the menu well and provided excellent service. The food was outstanding, just a perfect evening. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to this past year, highly recommend!

Nice dinner for a winter’s evening! Hostess was very welcoming. Nice variety on menu. All the traditional entrees are offered. Only beverage missing was gluwein- mulled wine.

Despite living nearby, this was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu, a nice blend of a few of the traditional Austrian favorites and a more fusion approach of Italian, local ingredients and Central European cooking. Excellent wine list as well, with a similar vibe - 1/3 Austrian wines and 2/3 very good California choices. Overall, I think they've struck a great balance between genuine Austrian food and a menu with choices that will please a group not looking for a purely Austrian experience.

Second Thanksgiving dinner at Naschmarkt, and I have eaten there for birthdays. They have a well-thought-out menu, and they serve high-quality, tasty food. I recommend them for special occasions and any occasions.

Excellence all around, delicious & authentic cuisine, the veal schnitzel was amazing as always. The service was top in terms of attention, gracious, friendly welcome, quick to respond to any request and cozy delightful venue! A real gem in Palo Alto. Our favorite to have a lovely meal!
