Iedereen supervriendelijk . De lasagne heb ik liever met een krokante korst maar dat is misschien ook wel persoonlijke smaak. Voor de rest alles lekker. Ik zou hier echter niet meer terugkeren. Een iets te zenuwachtig en luidruchtig gedoe.

They really elevate the experience of Italian dinning. The food is as good as any I have had in Italy but the service level is on a different planet. The waitstaff to diner ratio is incredible which really made the night special. Stalin (yes, Stalin) and Memo (who is Italian) really stood out as professionals. Many little touches, like a blanket for my sunburnt daughter who had the chills to constantly adjusting the blinds for us with a smile. It is a great place to watch the sunset, book a 5:30 reso. The only area of improvement would have been a selection of Italian wines however it gave me the opportunity to sample Mexican ones which were excellent. I have found my new favourite place in Cancun.

We were a table of four with a 915pm reservation. The restaurant was moderately busy. Once we were seated, we noticed that there seemed to be confusion among the waiters about who would be serving our table. But no one communicated that to us; instead we just kept receiving strange looks from the waiters as we sat at the table. Once we were seated, it took about 15 minutes for us to receive menus and 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order, which was unacceptable. When we expressed that we were unhappy about the slow service to the person who turned out to be our waiter, the service improved significantly. The food came out quickly and was delicious! I ordered the Margherita Pizza. Everyone else ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. To make up for the hiccups in the beginning, the waiter gave us dessert on the house which was also delicious. In the end, we enjoyed eating at Nicoletta.

Fun and upbeat atmosphere… the restaurant is beautiful, and the servers are friendly. Food is very good. I had Pasta and Osso buco, both delicious. It was very busy (which is good). Will definitely go back again… so many things on the menu to try.

Service was underwhelming. We went there because we had such a good time downstairs at Ilios. We had the fettuccine Alfredo, cooked at our table. The fettuccine was still hard. We had the chicken parm and it was decent. The waiter came to see us twice. His helper came to see us more often but we had to ask for water continuously. I had ordered a bottle of wine and not that I can pour for myself but nobody else was so I literally poured myself every glass. It wasn’t cheap either. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it. It feels like a training ground for Ilios

Stalin was great waiter manager listened to one minor issue that was resolved . Nothing to do with his end Food tasted great got a carpaccio and a pasta dish

Espectacular el lugar, recomiendo para ver el atardecer, la burrata con trufa y caviar divino pollo parmigiana y la pasta Alfredo que te la preparan en la mesa en una rueda de queso wow
