   A warm welcome on arrival. No rush to choose food as plenty of time given. The food was well presented and delicious. It is a small restaurant with a nice decor and good seating. Overall we were glad that we had booked this restaurant.

   My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ninello’s, eager to see if the glowing reviews of this new Liverpool gem lived up to the hype. From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in a cosy yet sophisticated ambiance—warm, intimate, and perfectly suited for a romantic evening. We indulged in the Fine Dining Menu, opting to elevate our experience with the expertly curated Wine Flight. Every dish was an absolute delight, but the beignet and ribeye were true showstoppers—flawlessly executed and bursting with flavor. The presentation was nothing short of artistry, so beautiful that it almost felt criminal to dig in! The wine pairings complemented each course exquisitely, enhancing the flavors in ways that made each sip and bite a revelation. Among the standout selections, the Valpolicella stole the show for me—a rich, velvety masterpiece that lingered on the palate. Beyond the food and drink, what truly set Ninello’s apart was the exceptional service. The staff’s attentiveness was impeccable, effortlessly balancing professionalism with warmth. Each dish was presented with thoughtful explanations, plates were cleared seamlessly, and our glasses never sat empty for long. We couldn’t resist trying some of their signature cocktails, and the Fresca and Espresso Martinis were simply divine—crafted with precision and bursting with bold, balanced flavors. All in all, Ninello’s delivered an unforgettable dining experience, and we’ve already booked our next visit with our daughters to explore the All Day Menu. Without a doubt, we’ll be back again for the next Fine Dining Menu as well! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking a flawless culinary experience, Ninello’s is an absolute must-visit.

   Great friendly welcome and good menu, not too big but plenty of options. The food was fantastic traditional Italian obviously made by experienced/ talented chefs. The service was excellent, our waitress was friendly helpful and attentive. The location is good, the atmosphere had a good vibe with music, but not too loud to hear the person opposite you. Overall excellent, would highly recommend for a date night or family meal.

   From the moment we walked through the door, we were transported straight to Italy. This restaurant is a true celebration of authentic Italian flavors, warm hospitality, and rustic charm. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with traditional décor and soft Italian music that sets the perfect mood. The menu is a delightful journey through Italy’s regions, featuring handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and rich, flavorful sauces that taste like they came from a nonna’s kitchen.The spaghetti al ragù was an absolute highlight: the pasta was tender and the sauce deeply savory, simmered to perfection. For dessert, the tiramisù was heavenly—light, creamy, and not overly sweet. The staff treated us like family, offering wine pairings and sharing stories behind the restaurant. It’s rare to find a place that combines food, atmosphere, and service so seamlessly. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian dining experience that feels like a quick trip to the heart of Italy, this restaurant is an absolute must. We can’t wait to come back!

   This is our 3rd visit to enjoy the best Sicilian cuisine from Chef Nino and team, hard to put into words (but I’ll try 😊) from the moment you enter the restaurant the greeting and ambience Nino and team have created is one so welcoming you’ll look for an excuse to return based on this alone, and then you taste the food 👌 Last night we experienced the fine dining menu alongside the wine pairing, the most delectable selection of food paired with the most amazing wines served in stunning glasses. Can’t recommend highly enough if you like great food, authentic in every way cooked and served with love please, please, please come here. You won’t be disappointed. I’m currently looking forward to planning visit number 4. Grazie Mille to you all for bringing your beautiful food to our city. 🫶🏼

   I want to be honest about the restaurant, I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’ve been to countless Italian restaurants in my life so i do have perspective. I didn’t enjoy the food that much. That could have just been me, perhaps this is just Sicilian style. starters: the veal meatballs were amazing but the tomato sauce was really too rich. The garlic bread didn’t really feel or taste like garlic bread but it was nice. The main: the seafood risotto was just ok, it didn’t feel that special and it came across as if they were cutting back on ingredients. There were too many mussels in there and some were a bit tough. The prawns were barely there, more chopped prawns to make them go further. The service however was excellent, Lello was warm and inviting and very friendly. Incredibly attentive, I felt bad trying to pour my own wine as if I was insulting him by doing so. Impeccable service. The restaurant overall has a nice ambience but it’s definitely a special occasion venue. If the menu is changing regularly I would like to give it another try.

   I have been to Ninello’s yesterday, I have no word to describe how wonderful our experience has been at this restaurant. I recommend to try the fine dining experience, you will be transported to a true Italian journey. The menu that I tried consisted of 5 different seafood plates, all delicious especially the arancini and the king prawns with the purple smash. The location is elegant, right in the center of Liverpool. Everything was perfect and impeccable from the delicious food to the exceptional service. It is a place that you shouldn’t miss to try

    Nino and family have created the most magical taste experience of culinary delights. Should you adore Italian food as we do then you absolutely MUST pay this place on Duke St a visit, one of Liverpool’s finest restaurants offering everything from hand made pastries for breakfast, divine luncheons and a superb dinner menu, something for everything. Most importantly you are being oooked after by a phenomenal family who work hard to deliver such results, you can taste their care and love within their food ❤️🫶🏼
