A lively and inviting culinary experience from Parker Hospitality, Nisos Prime Steakhouse celebrates Mediterranean heritage and prime steak excellence. Located in the heart of The West Loop/Fulton Market, Nisos Prime offers an array of succulent steaks, craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and the enchanting allure of the Mediterranean classics, including house-made pastas, stellar raw bar, exclusive caviar service and a beautiful table side prosciutto cart. Nisos Prime Steakhouse is the flagship space on the second floor with two additional spaces within the concept including Prime Bar: first floor Mediterranean eatery and cocktail bar and The Lounge: a hidden cocktail lounge full of energy, music, and a wondrous care-free late night experience.

The food was very meh, but the service was great. We ordered the grilled octopus which was very chewy and the fillet was extremely hard to cut which was a turn off. The rest of the food was alright. You can find better food in the same neighborhood for cheaper or the same.

Our waiter was great, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time and taken care of. The ambiance was fun and lively. A very vibey space that makes you feel like you’re in tulum or some where warm. Unfortunately the food doesn’t match up with everything. Although our 14 oz bone in was delicious and cooked perfectly the rest of the dishes… lacked something . The bucatini tasted like oil or simply buttered noodles. The cream spinach and lobster mac n cheese was nothing special and would opt out next time.

Took my father here for his birthday and the food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were great, the meat was tender, and dessert was very good. There were 5 of us and we ordered: -Wine (red and white), The Garden (gin and watermelon cocktail) and a hibiscus Moscow Mule -Prosciutto Parma and the Wagyu Meatball -The Butchers Block (Medium), Rigatoni, Orecchiette, Mashed Potatoes and Mushrooms -Lemon Tarte (not our favorite), Cookie Skillet, Coffee de Crema. For the five of us, the butchers block was great but we could have ordered another steak to make sure we had plenty to eat. Shane was our server and he was very nice and gave us great service.

Nisso’s is the perfect spot! Bohemian chic decor, great food, and the service was on point. My only suggestion is spruce up the bathrooms maybe? Otherwise great 😏

Our waiter Shannon was so nice and helpful. He made our experience so special and fun!! Everything we ate was super tasty and full of flavor . Amazing cocktails as well.
