                                                    Tasty food. Nice ambiance. Service just OK. We had a reservation for a few weeks and when we showed up on time we were told that we need to wait 10-15 minutes. That there is a waiting list for our reservation. We’re told to go wait in the hotel lobby. No explanation, not offered a drink to order while we waited, just dismissed. This is the first time our reservation at any restaurant was not honoured. You would think when you are spending over $100 per person, you get better treatment than any a fast food restaurant. Meh

                                                    Stayed over night and figured we would just have breakfast at hotel. Food was very bland. For the amount of money it was very basic and not seasoned well at all. I wouldn’t eat breakfast here again. The room is beautiful but food was thumbs down.

                                                    We spent our NYE here at Noble. We both thought the food was just OK. Our service was fair, we had to wait about 30 minutes to receive our check which meant we couldn't go to the pool (we were guests at the hotel). The party next to us was extremely loud and drunk, we had to talk loudly to each other to be heard. I would have preferred for the management to ask them to bring the volume down, that shouldn't be on guests to enforce that. However, the decorations and the architecture of the restaurant were beautiful. For the price, however, we wished the food was of higher quality with richer depth in flavor.

                                                    It sounds like your NYE at Noble had its share of both positives and frustrations. The beautiful atmosphere and architecture clearly stood out, but it's disappointing that the food didn't meet expectations, especially for the price. The noise from the party next door and the long wait for your check definitely seem like they took away from what could have been a more enjoyable experience. You're right that management should have stepped in to handle the noise—it shouldn't fall on guests to address that. Hopefully, they can take your feedback into consideration and improve both the dining experience and overall guest service.

                                                    I can not say anything bad about the service or food, they were both outstanding. The noise on the other hand was so loud it was difficult to here the person across the table. I realize they can not help how loud the guests are especially around holiday time.

It’s such a shame when the noise levels impact your experience, especially when everything else is on point. You're right that the hotel can’t always control guest behavior, particularly around the holidays, but it would be helpful if they had some way of managing it to ensure everyone can enjoy their time. Hopefully, your next visit will be a bit quieter so you can fully enjoy the experience!
