This is not our first time dining at Nobu we have dined at Nobu Los Cabos and Nobu Miami. The service was extremely disappointing, we were created by our server which disappeared for almost 20 minutes after our drinks. We had a martini which had absolutely zero alcohol it was pure juice. I understand this is a country in which alcohol is not drank by the majority of the population but if you are going to make a martini to there needs to be liquor in it. We had to order a bottle of wine as did not want to risk it with a second one. The fish did not taste fresh and the only thing remotely Nobu quality was the crispy tuna rice and the lobster dashi. Everything else was just not tasteful and just again fish did not taste fresh. This will not stop us from visiting other Nobu restaurants around the globe but this location needs a refresh asap because is nothing close to Nobu quality or any restaurant quality.

Outstanding food as usual. Nobu is my go-to brunch spot on Fridays. Cheryl was our server and she was amazing. Food, ambience an service was great. The DJ music and violinist were great.

This is one of the most beautiful Nobu restaurants I have visited. I was able to take advantage of the Happy Hour special and enjoyed the Japanese Gimlet on the rooftop. A spectacular view of the city and even better service.

As always the food is incredible at Nobu, went for the happy hour tapas and drinks. Great ambience and service too.

I am a frequent visitor of Nobu globally and I can say that Nobu in Doha is probably the best Nobu in the world. Keep it up.
